I do not know why the one that replied to this said you have to be a member for a year (over) with either BBB or CHBA to receive a refund; but you do not have to be. You can get your money back. Don't go through changing your cards and accounts. They can be a major headache and give you more problems than you know now. I have received my refund (the 259.85 plus the amount they kept charging). Here is what you do: First; and foremost, contact your bank; file a dispute in each and every charge they made. It is free. Tell them that you were charged without your permission. They should place the money back into your account temp. until it is fixed. Let them know as soon as CHBA places your money back into your account. If you have a confirmation number, give it to the bank. They will need this. If you don't, tell them why. Make sure they know you were ripped off and you're very upset. Some banks keep reports on businesses like this for their customers (some don't) Second; while you are filing the dispute, tell them that you need to stop automatic payments on this company (even if they aren't set on auto; this will fix any auto deductions that they are doing now); they will forward you to the correct area so you can do that. There might be a one time fee; but it is worth the piece of mind. Third; contact the BBB. File a report. You can do this first, so you can tell the bank that you have done so, to let them know you're serious, that's your choice. Fourth; contact the Attorney General of Florida and file a complaint. Fifth; do NOT let up until all the money you expect is back into your account and you are satisfied. I did this after being scammed, needless to say, and I did get all my money back, plus I notified the Attorney General in Florida and the BBB. So there is a file on them, regardless if anyone else complains. That's a start. According to the Attorney General, they will be investigated, again. Do not wait to do any of this. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to receive your refund. Do not try to contact them by phone any longer. Call the places above. CHBA kept charging my account even after I had canceled. I received a full $399.00 (that includes the 259.85 sign up) refund but only because I stuck at it and let them know they will NOT rip me off. The BBB was the go-between. This whole process took no more than 2 weeks, when usually, if you were to do it on your own (meaning, not including your bank or the BBB) it would be months, probably a year. (or more) So yes, it is possible to get your money back, member or not. Good Luck.

I'm not gonna tell you how I know this but you need to fax, email, and mail a certified hard copy notarized letter to them stating you want to cancel your membership. You need to cancel your credit/debit card if that doesn't work or contact your bank and have them stop payment on this merchant. This is the only way they will stop! File a complaint to the BBB as well. Unfortunately, you have to be a member over a year if you want a refund. If your not, then well you just threw away $300.00 of your hard earned money.
