Yesterday I received two humidors from this company after a long wait. Today I received the hygrometer via U.S. mail separate from the humidors. This completes my original order of just one humidor and the hygrometer. I don't know if the extra humidor is a mistake or a gift for all the turmoil. I will be willing to let the company charge me for it if it is a mistake on their part. The idea of having to send a humidor back to them and wait for the credit is too much suspense for me. Again, a simple email reply or phone call would have made a world of difference. In this case, I lost trust when I didn't receive the products on the time promised and when my credit card was charged immediately. There was no communication. It wasn't until I found this website to file my complaint, that the products mysteriously showed up at my house. I'll update how the company chooses to recharge me for the order.

I placed my order with CheapHumidors.com on 07-20-04 for a cigar humidor and a digital Hygrometer. Today(08-18-04) I received two identical Humidors and no Hygrometer via UPS. The packaging did not include any letter, invoice, or explaination. I was never able to contact this company by email or phone and no one from the company had contacted me regarding my original order. It baffles me why someone from the company couldn't take the time to email or call me regarding the order. It's upsetting to have my credit card charged for the products and not have any news that the product was shipped. The website promised a tracking number and email response regarding "your order status". I received none. I sure didn't expect anything from this company after posting my comments. Receiving two humidors is better than nothing, but what does it mean? What's going on with this on-line company?
