I am 8 months pregnant with my baby, I went online at cheap tickets. Com. To ge my mom a flight so she can come to help me out, so I purchased the tickets then after a couple of days I went back in to make sure that everything was ok, that's when I look they have the wrong last name for my mom's last name. So I called customer service, this lady named Sofia that's supposed to be a supervisor gave me the run aroundthe whole time, not only that she said that I have to pay$50 extra to fix a mistake that they made on their end. I don't understand that, at the end of the conversation nothing was done, that Sofia /supervisor lady did nothing to help. She kept on saying that I need to pay $50 extra. So I got off the phone very upset. Never again!!! Will I purchased any tickets from this company
