Dear Chan, Thank you for contacting Cheaptickets regarding booking reservations for Southwest Airlines. At this time Cheaptickets does not offer flights or fares for JetBlue Airways or Southwest Airlines. If, in the future, if we are able to reach an agreement with JetBlue or Southwest to carry their schedules and fares, we would be pleased to do so and add them to our search results. We hope that you will keep checking with us about any carriers on which you are interested in traveling. The CheapTickets' fare search displays the most up-to-date information on fare availability that is received from the airline. Each airline reserves the right to change its fares at any time. During the time between your flight search and your purchase, the airline inventory at the price you requested may have been sold out. Flights without a ""Buy"" option cannot be purchased due to certain airline ticketing restrictions. For example, you cannot book an e-ticket less than six hours prior to flight departure or a paper ticket less than 72 hours prior to flight departure. For exceptional savings on discounted flights, lodging, rental cars, vacation packages, cruises, and more, visit CheapTickets.com today! Thanks for making CheapTickets your premier travel provider. Sincerely, Customer Relations Chicago, IL

I've checked rates on Cheaptickets.com dozens of times in the last 4 years or so and never found a better deal than going directly to the airlines website. Never, as in not once. Even going directly thru the airline websites, I'm afraid I agree that one needs to know what one is buying as far as the possibility of changes or refunds on airline tickets. You simply need to take for granted that it's going to cost you big time if you decide to make a change. It's been that way as long as I can remember, at least. Hopefully, this will be the last time you buy tickets for your siblings who were so casual about changing plans.

I checked cheaptickets and found my itinerary would cost over $2,600. My local travel agent did it for $1,300, no kidding. Some people will undoubtedly get good deals but it pays to shop around.
