I purchased tickets from atlanta, ga. to ontario, calif. roundtrip for 3 with correct dates. I checked dates and destination very carefull and saved page and sent to my computer before I hit buy. Well they changed our return date and when I called they wanted to charge me a $1001.00 to change the return date. I had to buy return tickets for 3

I purchased a roundtrip ticket for 3. I saved all the information I put in to my computer before i hit the buy ticket box. After I got the tickets they changed the return date and required that I pay another $1001.00 to change the date. So I had to purchase another 3 tickets home. When I got home I went to my computer and pulled up my save information and found that their was nothing in it except some advertising.

but the OP is very upset and on the verge being verbally abusive with us. Cheaptickets: "Many times this occurs when a customer uses a scroll wheel on the mouse and in an effort to scroll down on the page after selecting the month. The month field was still selected and therefore even bumping the scroll wheel will change the month of the booking. After the month is changed it will show you all flights available for those dates. " The selection box was still active and was changed when OP thought she was moving on the page. I have done the very same thing, which is why I double check that the selection box is no longer active [not highlighted] before I do anything else. Dear OP: Capture with your mouse [CTL-C] and then save in MS Word {CTL-V]. This will *USUALLY* give you a complete screen capture. CTL-Z is UNDO and CTL-X is CUT. Have fun.

Since I do not think that other and Ontario look anything alike and you called me Miss Ontario. June and July are closer in spelling. Also about your why would I plan to come home a month later than I wanted to statement, my husband is stationed in Germany, every time I planned to go back to states it was for a month or more. But you are expecting them to know that you would never (even accidentally) book that date.

June 24th as you mention in the update, or June 23rd as you mention in your reply to the cheaptickets rebuttal? Also since I have traveled on my birthday before why should it matter at all in this matter?

Cheaptickets you are a liar. because i booked the return for june 23rd. and not july 23th. you want to know how i know i'm right because july 23rd is my birthday you liars. i am a respiratory therapist and dates and times are very important when we chart. i'm very careful cause i can be sued and or lose my medical liscense. I would not have booked my flight wrong due to the fact i have to return in time for work. and why would i put july 23rd my birthday. anyway when i called you should have at lease had some compassion and worked with me but you blamed it on me. i was not and didnot put july 23rd. you are liars and all the rest are to.

When booking on our site you are acting as your own travel agent and the Website only takes the information provided and uses it to display flights based on the entered values. We have received and reviewed your transaction log on this booking, which provides us with a record of all items entered and selected while booking this reservation. You did, in fact, book this reservation as is. Many times this occurs when a customer uses a scroll wheel on the mouse and in an effort to scroll down on the page after selecting the month. The month field was still selected and therefore even bumping the scroll wheel will change the month of the booking. After the month is changed it will show you all flights available for those dates. The dates and times are clearly shown on the flights selected. As you move on to the purchase page it again shows you the flight information including the dates/times. The website cannot change the dates/times of travel without manual intervention and the record reflects that no employee of Cheaptickets.com nor any other person (e.g. airline employee) has made any changes to the reservation. Whatever is selected is used to find flights and is shown on the flight selection page. I bought tickets from hotticket and they sent me to orlando fl. So when I went to buy from cheaptickets I was exceptional careful with dates time and destination. Before I hit buy I copy file of everything I entered and sent it to my computer and printed the page. Then I hit entered. When I pulled up file from computer their was nothing on it except advertisment. I looked at the page I printed and it was not printed. You see my return date was for June 24th. and they changed to July 23, which happens to be my birthday. No way would I have done that. Then they said I had to pay $1,0011.00 to change the date.
