Cheaptickets.com, Cheap Tickets double charged, fraudulent billing, never got flight reservation but still got charged Ripoff Los Angeles California
NEVER BOOK ONLINE WITH Cheaptickets.com. Tried to book flights for Christmas, and found some good prices, booked them and they told me there was a problem with the airline. so tried to book again. Checked my credit card online and there was an outstanding authorization for the flight price of almost 1500 dollars.
Now for the fun part, getting in contact with these jokers!!! Got transferred approximately 8 times, on hold for over half an hour and then the person who I got through to could barely speak english. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Eventually I got another number and called and talked to a lady there, who said the charges would drop off in a few days. I called my back and they said that if the company don't go through with the charges then it will drop off!!
This is insane, and how come nothign has been done about this, as I obviously am not the only person this has happened to!
