Checkfreescore.com Stole my money. Gave me run around. Scam Reston Virginia
I called on day 2 of a 7 day trial (after 3hours on hold). On 7th day they charged my credit card $39.90. I called the number again waited over 2 hours (with screen shots to prove it) before I gave up. Tried calling the other number provides in the text the sent but those number all told me that even though they are owned by the same corporation that I had to call the long wait number the same number my credit card company gave me! So I researchers online finally talked to someone named DAJE and she told me that sorry you didn't cancel on time- I told her I had cancelled on the 2nd day, she said she had no record of that. Asked to speak to supervisor, she claimed she was. Asked to speak to her higher up, she said their wasnt one. I asked if she then owned the company. She said she did not...but there was no one who could or would help me. RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I still have not received a refund like am due Next step is contesting charge with credit card company.
