As the other reports for this company read, they did the same thing to me. I ordered 4 boxes of checks with a coupon from the Sunday paper. 4 boxes for $16.50. No shipping! Free lettering! NOT! I was billed an additional $26. Why? Because I had ordered checks from them 6 years ago.
They are slick. They cover themselves by stating on the coupon that the offer is food for 1st time customers and is for a limited time. That was my mistake for not remembering where I ordered checks from 6 years ago. However, they had my home phone number, work number & address. When asked why they didn't provide some kind of customer service and contact me, their answer was that "we have tried that in the past and people don't respond. It's a catch 22 situation." And they refused to take the checks back, saying that "they are your documents now."
I will NEVER order from this company again and will certainly discourage anyone else from doing so.
