I placed an order online for 4 boxes of checks (no disclosure on how many in the box - red flag). The shopping cart showed the order accurately, no shipping and hangling charges. AFTER I entered my credit card details and clicked purchase, the confirmation screen popped up and there was an excessive - $13.80 on a $41 order - "handling charge". this charge was not disclosed until AFTER the purchase was made. I immediately called the toll free number and cancelled the order. When I expressed how outraged i was about their business practices, the agent just kept repeating "Your order is cancelled" "Your order is cancelled" as if to say - what do you care that we have deceptive practices and fleece our customer, we let you off the hook, hang up already so I can fleece some more people! So disgusted and feel very sorryfor less savvy consumers that may not catch this scam before their order starts processing.
