Cheetah Websites Corporation Cheetah Burner Scammed on free trial upgrade Program stopped working as soon as payment received, Internet
I needed DVD burning software for a project and stumbled upon CHeetah DVD Burner. I downloaded the free trial and absolutley loved it. When the trial ended I bought the full version.
The full version could not find my DVD drive, even though the drive worked perfectly fine. This made the program competely useless. I have made no changes to my computer or disk drive since I have downloaded the trial.
I checked the help file in the program and there were steps I could try to fix them. I tried all of them and none worked. I emailed the support people at Cheetah Websites and it has been 3 weeks with no response.
