This lady was a seller on Ebay with her own store. On 11/20/2005 I won the bid on a Sony Playstation Bundle that I was buying for my kids for Christmas. I sent her the payment and she said my item was on it's way. I kept waiting but did not receive anything. Every time I emailed her she said it was on its way and would have an exscuse why it was late.

By 12/20/05 I informed her I needed my money back so I could purchase this elsewhere, also by this time I had already caught her in one lie after another. She said she was sending my money. The dates it was supposed to come would come and go with another email from her with a new date. It was all lies. The last contact I had with her she was supposed to send my money on 02/01/06 needless to say I didn't get it. I filed a complaint with Ebay which I escalated to a claim.

She is no longer a registered user of Ebay. I done some research and found around 8 other people she done this same thing to on the same item around the same time. All of the sales were in excess of $250.00. I have been in touch with these people and they all have the same story as myself. I have all the emails I exchanged with her which proves her lies. I also reported this to the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office. If you can be of any help or can direct me to someone who can I would appreciate it. This individual needs to pay for what she has done. If you add together all the folks I found she collected over $2,000.00.

It has been almost 15 months now and still no money. I recently contacted the others which I had found on Ebay which Rebecca ripped off on this same item as well. All of them with the exception of one received the $175.00 from Ebay. The one that did not get it was because he let the deadline get by to file a claim. Rebecca kept promising to refund. He trusted her as she does sound convincing. He did file a claim with his credit card company and they reimbursed him. None of these people have never received anything from Rebecca either. I have encouraged all of them to leave a reply on here so the public will realize this was not an isolated incident that happened to myself. One of them has already left a reply on here when I brought this to his attention. The amount you owe me Rebecca is $96.00 not $57.00, I have receipts, do you? One more time for the record my address is HC 74 Box 111, Sandstone, West Virginia 25985. I have left my address on here before when you requested it, but apparently ripoffreport omitted it. If they do this again, you, by being the individual reported can retrieve my address from ripoffreport. By the way, do you have any idea how childish it was to leave a ripoffreport against me? I didn't do anything except request my money back, and persue it when I didn't get it! I have also noticed you brought your ex husband and his wife into this. What do they have to do with it? I don't even know these people! The bottom line is you owe me and several other people off of Ebay. Why don't you just pay us? You have stated you paid the dropshipper with a credit card. Why didn't you contact your credit card company and have these charges reversed? Who knows but you, maybe you did. I can tell you this much: Ill gotten money will never do you anygood. It will eventually come back to you. Honesty is sometimes very hard, but it will pay off in the end!

attempt to garner sympathy! You make me ill. Why would you sell items for only a $20 dollar profit? By the time you factor in seller's fees, Paypal fees, etc, you are making squat. You claim that this dropshipper made an incomplete shipment, admitting that you don't have the item that OP has paid for months ago, yet you don't have the business education or common sense to issue a well deserved refund to him? If your profit margin is that slim, and you have no money cushion (since you wouldn't issue a refund, I can only suppose), maybe you shouldn't be trying to act as a legitimate business person (which you very clearly, aren't) and need to close up shop. OP pays you, you ship the item to him, plain and simple. The dropshipper plays zero responsibility in this unfortunate situation. It is even more pathetic that you don't even have the remaining $57 bucks in your bank account to complete his refund. Take some responsibility... you are clearly in the wrong, and are worthy of the negative feedback and suspension from e-bay. Your customer services skills are appalling. I am glad that now I can't be potentially ripped off by you.

What happened to the other people that never recieved their money back and were they ever contacted again. Did you ever try to get any of their money back? like what was said it is your responsibility to refund the money it was you they purchased the items from.your not a responsible person thats why you lost your ebay account not any body elses.we all have been through tough times so thats not a good enough excuse.I think you should make it right with those people and you take action against the other company for your money back.

You are obviously a rip off artist. Using eBay..OMG... a site built upon *trust*. You have clearly violated that, and more. Don't argue with the man. We don't care one whit about the woman who replaced you. She's not the issue. YOU ARE. SHE didn't rip anyone off...YOU DID. Randy, You can dog me all you want. This is just showing the kind of person you are. I am trying to make this right. Forget the past and please email me your address. You should still have my email address. Don't plan on ever using Ebay again. I have the paper from Ebay stating I only owe you $57. So If you don't send me your address, then I will take it that you don't want the money. I don't want to keep arguing back and forth with you on this. Listen you have room to talk. As I was trying to get your address, I read your feedback. You have more negatives than I do. My problem with Ebay was not on purpose. And I am tired of telling you this. Wow, does this sound familiar. Last year evrytime you said you were sending a refund you needed my email again. ( I still have the emails to prove it). You said to email it to you, but I will post it on here so you can't say you don't have it again. Now as for the amount you owe me. I sent you $271.00 in a US Postal money order. ( I have the receipt) Less $175.00 I received from Ebay, leaves you owing me $96.00. I have absolutely no faith in you sending it, Please contact this site and they will give you my address to send that money!

It has been a year now since I was ripped off by Rebecca. I see she posted I was paid when in fact all I have EVER RECEIVED is $175.00 from Ebay. I still HAVE NOT received ONE PENNY from Rebecca. She says she doesn't scam people. What do you call this? She says she doesn't lie, but I still have all of her emails which prove quite to the contrary. I see she is keeping with this tradition with her last posting on here stating I have been paid. This is why I am replying, I want people to know the truth. Regardless of who the other people might have been that have responded to this, they told Rebecca true facts about what she done and should have done. She is still the same person she was a year ago with more lies stating I have been paid when in fact I HAVN'T. Wonder what her scheme is this year for Christmas? The sad part about this whole situation is I have 3 young boys that got let down last Christmas because of this lady. A person with a concious would have a hard time living with theirself knowing they spoiled childrens Christmas. By the way if she repaid me she should have receipts? I would like to see them, as I received nothing! Randy

The last entry again was from my Ex's husbands wife Ssgt Courtney Brooke Haught. She has admitted to me that she wrote this. As far as scamming people, I don't. A terrible thing happened with netdropshippers.net and unfortunately I as well as Randy was effected by this. Randy has been repaid. This should have all went away but now I have to deal with Courtney Brooke Haught at 65 Hilldale Rd Dover, De 19901, Home Phone # (302) 674-1680. I have never lied about my address or phone #. As you can see, she has lied many times about her Name and her address. So it is obvious who the scammer really it. She has even sent me emails through her Husband's Military email address. She admitted this later after My ex told me he did not know what I was talking about. He would tell me, I never sent you an email. So as childish as this is, I hope everyone is intelligent enough to see what her jealous attempt is to do.

I believe when you sell an item then it is your responsiblity to make sure the item gets to the customer. It should be delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When something happens on the sellers end, it is NOT the responsibility of the buyer to fix the problem. You hired this company to drop ship your bundles for you. They didn't do their job. It is your place then to refund all the money to your buyers. Don't give them excuses, REFUND THEIR MONRY!!!!! You can then continue on your end to fix the problem with the drop ship company. Don't make it the buyers problem. Regardless whether Ebay gave them a refund out of a claim, it is still your reponsibility to REFUND THEIR MONEY. Sounds to me you are just wanting to make some money for Christmas presents for your dauther and it all backfired on you. You need to leave your EX out of this situation. The last reports were written by my Ex-Husbands Wife. She has been researching me trying to find anyway she can to cause me to loose custody of my duaghter. She is so mad that My ex has to pay so much in child support. What she has failed to realize is the money DOES NOT get spent on me. It is ALL spent on my Daughter. She is the one who is placing false statments on here like where she lives and name. She is so obsessed with me. She will go to any extreme to ruin me. The Elegant Gifts & Home Decor store does not exist. I registered on on Alibaba a while back to try and find good wholesale and Drop ship companies so I did not get ripped off like I did with Netdropshippers.

to refund this money, not the dropshipper. These people did business with you, not your dropshipper. You and ONLY you are responsible for either delivering the product or refunding the money. If you go to the community bullitan boards on Ebay, there is a lot of discussion about staying away from dropshippers for this very reason. I understand you got ripped off, but its not your buyers fault.

First, I just want to let Randall and everyone know that Randy was given a refund from Ebay. I still owe him about $57.00. Second. Those are not the emails I sent Randall. You are able to change an email. All you have to do is click forward to resend the email to yourself and then you have the capability to change the original email and to delete the part that says sent from. Randall, This is ridiculous and has gone on way to far. You have received most of your refund back. I am a victim here of Netdropshippers. Thanks to you, I no longer have an Ebay account.

I thought it was time to give everyone an update and also to answer CMbaskets rebuttal. First of all it has been over 4 months since this transaction took place and I still do not have my money back from Ms. Haught. I have not even heard anything from her except for her rebuttal on here where she continues to lie. First of all I did contact other buyers to see if she was telling me the truth. She was feeding them the same line as myself. I did encourage them to file a claim with Ebay as you only have 60 days from auctions end to do so. If they approve the claim you get $175.00 from Ebay then they in return persue the seller. The reason her account is suspended is not because of negative feedback but because of these claims which Ebay have paid. I am still waiting on mine. As for her honesty I have every email I have exchanged with her which proves how honest she is. She emailed me in January 2006 and said she had received my refund from netdroppshippers and it was on its way to me. Just another lie. First of all as buyers her relationship with where she got the products is irrelevent. She had a responsibility to get the product or refund to the buyers. She stated in one email to me that she paid with a credit card. Why didn't she contact her credit card company and deny payment to her supplier?? Here is a copy of some emails from her, judge for yourself: 12/3/05 I am sorry. Your item will be shipped out 12/4/05. You will receive your item by Friday. It is shipped out by Fed Ex. Randal has not told you all the facts. I sold Gift Baskets on Ebay under Cherished-Moments-Baskets. I had 100% positive feedback. Being a single mom I needed to make money for Christmas. So I found a dropship company that I did not research called Netdropshippers.com. I only had 5 orders for the Play Stations in one month not the 8 Randall stated. One of my customers received partial shipment from this company and others received nothing. I did not make over $2000 as Randall stated. I only make $20 from each order which means I only made $100 profit. Netdropshippers took my customers money one being Randall and did not ship any itmes out. I took all Electronics off my Ebay Store immediately and went back to only gift baskets. Since then, Randall has contacted the other customers and encouraged them to leave a negative feedback which they did. This is why I am no longer a registered user on Ebay. I sent email after email to netdropshippers for 2 months. Finally, I got them to give refunds to 3 of my customers. Unfortunately, the first refunds they gave me were store credits. I then had to keep at them telling them my customers want refunded monetarily, not by store credit. I do feel really bad that Randall was not one of them. I sent email after email to Randall explaining I am trying to get his money back. He was very rude to me and pretty much demanded it. I understand his point. But I am trying to make a living and I can't afford to pay him out of my pocket. I have told him time and time again that I will refund him. It might not be at the time he wants it, but I am really trying. Thank You
