This is the WORST MOVING company ever!!!!!
I was contacted by them from a relocation site. They were the cheapest estimate given. They made several promises of moving my things with in 3 hrs, I have a one bedroom apartment and I was already packed. They promise to move and take apart any electronics, but don't tell you that that is a extra fee for the boxes they use. Boxes, tape and bubble wrap are expensive. All they had to do was load the moving truck. The brought 3 workers that didn't speak english. One even asked to borrow my cell phone to contact some foreign embassy. They asked for me to purchase food for them. it took them over three hours to load the truck. They took apart my wall unit, and then handed me a bag of screws. They unloaded the truck and did not put back together my wall unit, and left it in sections on the floor. I was then given a bill for material used, that was never in my estimate that was over $300. The estimate I was given for this move was less than $500 that end up costing me over $800.
My recommendation is to run if they contact you about moving. They present themselves to be upstanding, yet are decitful and pry on the fact that you are stuck with them after they present the bill to you. They are not professional, because they asked to use to my cell phone to conduct their business. They are the absolute worse!!!!
I submitted a claim and that take 120 days to investigate and mean while my wall unit is still unassembled.
