Chic Handbags.Com (Online Retailer Of Designer Handbags) Ripoff - Charged for merchandise that wasn't shipped Miami Florida
Nearly 3 weeks ago, I purchased a $259 Fendi handbag from Chichandbags.com. I was immediately charged for the merchandise and had arranged for 3 day FEDEX delivery. I expected to receive the purse within a reasonable amount of time. I did not receive any emails confirming my order nor providing shipping information from the company.
After waiting a week or so, I attempted to call the numbers listed on their website. Both are fax lines. I've sent numerous emails but have yet to receive a response. Late last week, I contacted FEDEX to see if they could track a shipment without a tracking number. Using my home address, they were able to tell me there have been no recent deliveries to my home nor nothing scheduled to be delivered.
Since the company is not responding to my emails and since they've made themselves inaccessible via telephone, I'm assuming their website is a complete and total scam. Buyer's beware!!! DO NOT do business with Chichandbags.com. You'd be better off paying full price and making your purchase through a reputable retailer.
