I purchased a Michael Kors watch online from www.chiliwatches.com on Friday, November 11, 2011, I paid for it and received confirmation and a shipping notice with tracking number on Monday, November 14, 2011.

I kept an eye on the tracking number and it was scheduled for delivery today, Wednesday, November 16, 2011. I then kept an eye on the tracking information from start to finish. Mid-morning I noticed an exception from FedEx and quickly called to find out why it was not delivered. Upon talking to a FedEx representative I found out that the seller, www.chiliwatches.com, had stopped the delivery and it was being rerouted back to chiliwatches.

I then called the number listed on the website, www.chiliwatches.com, and no one answered. I tried three times before I finally left a message. I then proceeded to call the number for there parent company, Global e-commerce, and just so happened to be an international call and I could not complete it.

In the mean time I received an email stating that I was receiving a refund. Within a few minutes I received a return phone call and the person began to explain the situation. I was told that the price was not correct and they did not catch it until now, almost 6 days later. I was told that I could repurchase it again for the correct price and I declined. No where on the site does it say anything about discrepancies in price and I believe they should honor it. Needless to say I have no watch and will not being doing business with this website EVER again!!

I would also like to include there site says "free shipping" but there is no where in the checkout process to select it. Shipping is not free!! I was obligated to pay the delivery upcharge for 2nd Day.

I highly recommend to everyone to shop elsewhere. I purchased this as a gift and now am empty handed. I don't want anyone to have to deal with such a hassle and never end up with the product!!

I don't recall reading anywhere in my report about being ripped off. I clearly stated that I received a refund so I'm not so sure what your comment has to do with anything. I was just voicing my complaint so that others would have an idea of how this company operates.

Not sure how you were ripped off here. Sure it sucks the company made a mistake, but they did quickly refund your money. You aren't out any money, and aren't being forced to pay for anything. Also, the free shipping on that site? It clearly notes which watches have free shipping and which ones don't.
