I contacted China Doll Chows about purchasing one of her puppies from specific sire and dam.  She had two puppies available.  We agreed on the price for full registration and I sent her the money for the puppy and shipping.  I mailed the money on 1 Nov 2017 and the check cleared my bank on 6 November 2017. 

On 11 Nov 17 she sent an email to say she was sending my money back bacause I had not told her I was a breeder.  Since she had purchased a puppy from my kennel and she had my full name I expected her to remember who I was.  She still has a dog sired by the dog I sold her in her breeding program. 

She contacted me on 14 Nov to say she had changed her mind and would be selling me the puppy afterall.  She said she was concerned that the puppy may have contracted coccidia and wanted to have her checked before shipping.  I contacted her several times to find out when she was shipping the puppy but received no communication until 25 Nov 17.  She once again tells me that she isn't going to sell me the puppy. 

I requested she return my money by overnight mail.  She refused saying she would send it certified mail.  As of 2 December 17 I still have not received my money nor any communication.  She refuses to return my calls or respond to my emails. It appears her kennel may be in trouble due to excessive veterinarian bills. She shared this information with me.  I'm now in a position that I have to seek legal assistance to get my money back.  I would not recommend doing business with this breeder.

I cant belive you would sink so low as to post this on the internet Maleah of D and M Farms. You purposly did not tell me who you were or that you sold me a puppy almost 10 years ago with entropian. Only when I found out who you really were did you start attaching your kennel name to your emails. I have al the proof of that. What makes you think that after you were so deceptive withe me that I would spend and extra 40 or so dollars to return your money. You never even asked me about the puppy you sold me. I am not the only one that has had dealiings with you that you have been so rude to.  I dont care that someones elses puppy is healthy or that you thrown parties for your kennel. Your true nature shows when you have sold a puppy with health issues and it is very hateful. Shall I share all the emails I have recieved from people who have been on the hateful end of D&M chows??? I would really appreciate you sharing that you got your money back but you really dont have to as I will post my check to you that was cashed by you.

She contacted me by phone and agreed to sell me the puppy after she recognized who I was. 9 days later she contacted me via email to say that she would not sell me the puppy because the person who sold her her sire didn't want any of the puppies sold with a full registration which allows for breeding. If this is the case she would have known this before she ever agreed to sell me the puppy. She now refuses to answer any of my emails or phone calls and I still don't have my money. To date, I still have not received a refund of my money. She did not send it certified and provide me with the tracking information as I did when I sent her the funds.

It has been 10 days since she refused to sell me the puppy. Plenty of time to have received the money from her. As for the puppy I sold her, all puppies being shipped must be checked by a veterinarian and receive a certificate of health prior to shipping. The puppy was checked by a qualified veterinarian and received the health certificate. There were no health issues at the time of shipment. Entropion can be genetic but it can also be caused by injury or infection. Our health guarantee does not cover Entropion for this reason.

This woman tried to purchase a chow a chow puppy from me and absolutely did not tell me who she was and that she was D and M Farms. She is another chow breeder. I did not make the connection until I had recieved payment. She purposely did not tell me who she was because I bought a chow puppy from her about 10 years ago. I specifically asked if the puppy had entropian as I saw his eye tearing in his photo. She lied and told me no. I trusted her. When he arrived he has severe entropian and a green and yellow discharge from his eye.

I took him to the vet right away and he was diagnosed with entropian. I notified Maleah that he had entropian and she sent me back a very nasty email. She does not stand behind her puppies health. She also still has a $200.00 deposit from me for a female chow puppy that I had given her at the same time I bought the first pup from her. Once I realized who she was I was not going to send her one of my puppies. Her money was returned to her via certified mail. I told her not to contact me again but being the bully she is she just kept on harassing and threatening me.

Also she does not have permission to use my personal photos on the internet. I am a breeder of chows as I love the breed and do my best to produce to AKC standard. We are not about quantity but quality. We may have 3 to 4 litters a years. If you go to DM Farm you will see they have 10 planned breedings. So this is breeder bashing at its finest. I have nothing against other honest breeders that have some integrity and stand behind their puppies health, but if you are another breeder that has ripped me off in the past on an unhealthy puppy I will NEVER send one of my puppies to you.
