This was a horrific stay, My husband and I went here for our 1 year anniversary. from the minute we stepped foot at this resort it was beyond a nightmare. They have 13 rooms, the resort was built last year, who ever built this resort did a horrible job, because it was pouring down rain and the room they put us in has water up to our ankles, we insisted they move us to a different room, that room also had water overflowing from under the door into the room.
Then we talked to all the other guests who told us there rooms were also flooded from the rain. they built this resort to allow rain water to over flow into your room. all my clothing got damaged. they refused to refund me or upgrade me to another room, instead the front desk guy, Francisco told me to "leave”. Are u kidding me?? I paid them $1500 and they want to treat me like this! then the owner had all his family staying at the resort having raging parties with music so loud it was vibrating the walls. this hotel staff lies, tries to keep guests money by tellimg them to leave and refuses to move you to a room thats not filled with water. i started talking to several Tulum locals and i found out this resort had a very bad reputation for treating guests bad.
