They edited online photos and false advertised a vehicle I purchased, providing no help after the sale. Multiple safety and cosmetic issues not disclosed.
I purchased an SUV described to be "perfect" with no cosmetic nor mechanical issues, and guaranteed to exceed my expectations by their salesperson Keith Melanson. They took my money as fast as possible to make the sale and ship to me where I'm working. Vehicle has an incredible amount of cosmetic damage and safety related damage including a broken windshield, damaged wheels, a broken steering wheel, rust and blown out rear suspension. It was not gone through nor inspected, has numerous safety issues, and when brought up to Keith Melanson he all but disappears once he realizes a customer is unhappy and has issues needing to be addressed. I have pictures documenting everything as well as a local dealership inspection verifying everything I stated above to be correct
