Even if you work per job, you are an EMPLOYEE. Being an employee, they have to pay you on a regular basis. Client didn't pay? Medicare deny the claim? NOT YOUR PROBLEM. In most states, employers who willfully withold an employee's wages will also have to pay penalties to the employee, as well as unpaid wages. Contact them immediately. Most of the time, all it takes is the employee actually filing a claim to get their money from the employer. It also sounds like this company is committing insurance fraud, billing Medicare or private insurance for two home health aides and only paying one. Good luck.
