Choice Home Warranty Alex Rubino Took my money and didn't fix my AC unit said it was pre-existing and that the AC unit can work while leaking. Complete rip off Alex Rubino is a theif!!! Do not trust this company!!!! a*****e!!! Clermont Florida
I had this warranty for over two months when my AC unit went down. The contract specifically stated that normal wear and tear are covered. The company sent out the technician to advise that the pump went out and was leaking and that this was due to normal wear and tear. The technician called it in and the company stated that they wouldn't cover it due to this possibly being a pre-existing condition because the AC unit can leak and still produce air simultaneously. This is an obvious loop hole that they are just pushing on people. The contract specifically states the following: 4. AIR CONDITIONING/COOLER NOTE: Not exceeding 5 (five) ton capacity and designed for residential use. INCLUDED: Ducted electric central air conditioning, ducted electric wall air conditioning. All components and parts, for units below 13 SEER and when We are unable to facilitate repair/replacement of failed covered equipment at the current SEER rating, repair/replacement will be performed with 13 SEER equipment and/or 7.7 HSPF or higher compliant. Alex Rubino does not care about the fact that this is not a service. This is a rip off DO NOT trust them.. they are theives and are just taking your money and NOT fixing or reparing anything according to their contract...
