Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I'm filing this report with the high hopes that it saves other people and small businesses the headache and heartache that we had to deal with when working with Chris.

After I retired a few years ago my Brother and I decided to open a small wholesale business together. My background is in aviation and he is a dentist so (needless to say) neither of us know anything about websites, internet marketing, Google, etc.

We were introduced to Chris through a referral network. The only positive thing I can say for Chris is that he's an excellent salesman.

The first red flag to be noted about Chris is his fee structure - he takes a big chunk of change up front and then puts you on a monthly "marketing package".

He promises you the world. His claims about being a Google certified professional (he even claims to have worked for Google) must be absolute falacies because he proved over and over again that he had no idea what he was doing.

Getting him on the phone will be your first problem. He never answers phone calls and you have to call him multiple times before you ever get a call back. When you do finally receive a return call expect it to be quick, Chris is a very busy man (you're also on the clock for stuff like this).

There is nothing that Chris will promise to do that will get done on time. Absolutely nothing.

With that said, there's nothing that Chris will promise to do that gets done at all without you reminding him and following up on what he's doing.

You'll also realize very quickly that  the services you're paying for are all things you can easily do yourself in a few minutes a day.

When you challenge him on his "techniques" he just starts to talk. He says NOTHING but he continues talking and talking and talking in an attempt to confuse the issue and bury your question in a mountain of other questions. Upon review of his methods it becomes very clear very quickly that he's using what his industry refers to as "black hat" marketing techniques. These methods show quick (artificial) results and then get your site black listed later.

I have filed a case with the BBB and we are currently examining legal recourse. In the mean time avoid Chris like the plague.

Well this seems like my Uncle in Law was not happy with his service. This just shows why you should not work with your extended family. I found it to be a good laugh but if you know me and what I do then it was probably a laugh for you as well.
