Signed up for a real estate system for finding listings.  It was sold as a free program in which they needed feedback from agents.  The webiar said that if feedback was given within 30 days, you will not be charged.  Also, that you would receive 400 free leads, not quality from the few I looked up in the tax, because no secondary address given for vacant homes.

My credit card was charged and they refuse to refund my money.  No, I did not need their leads, I have numerous to send out.   I even tried to do my due dilengence by calling the company and checking that I was part of the supposed beta team they were forming during the webinar.  If the presenter said I would be charged an initial $, it was masked by his free, free, free agenda and talking about hooking the potential clients.

I purposely wrote additional info in boxes claiming that I was only interested in the free beta program.  

Beta must be the new thing to suck people into some of these $ programs

My credit card was charged immediately.  I was not offered a refund and received from customer service, "so sorry you are upset, yet we can not do anything attitude".  Numerous attempts to receive money back way before the 30 days was up, were ignored.  Do not know why he chose to rebut several months later, according to the names on the email, it was a family member I corresponded with when trying to receive my $ back.  Cheesey marketing, that does not work.  Considering the number of agents in the country, I guess at least a couple may have success.  I saw several complaints after my posting as well.

Hey there, I don't know your name so I can't see exactly what happened with your account, but in any case I want to let you know that I do care about my members and want to work out every situation.

I'm really sorry that you are upset with this program. We have a lot of agents that use it and really like it. As you know there is a monthly membership charge that is for the software, membership access, access to the mastermind group and a lot more. When agents send me their feedback they get the membership for free.

The very first payment to get into the program comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, if you send us a refund request within your first 30 days we are happy to refund the original charge back to your card. After 30 days though that charge is no longer refundable, and it is not refunded if you provide us feedback. The monthly membership charge is waived every month if you provide us feedback, if you didn't ask for a refund within 30 days then the original charge is not going to be refunded. But I made sure to say that several times on the meeting, I'm sorry if you felt that wasn't clear enough. 

But if you had signed up, you would have had 30 days to use the program before you were ever charged for the monthly membership. That charge does not occur until 30 days after you sign up. If you provide us feedback before 30 days we are happy to waive that charge. But again, feedback does not cause the original charge to be refunded, it is only for the monthly membership charges.

If we sent you the 400 free leads you have to understand that some leads are better than others and must be screened. We do not have access to the MLS in every market, so we are not able to screen the leads we provide against homes that are listed in your area. So unfortuntly some of the 400 leads we give out for free are not of great value, it's the few gold eggs with in the bunch that really matter though.

I'm not really sure what else to say because I don't have your name, but we're happy to help any agent get more listings and grow their income.
