THE FACT IS CHRIS HANSON OWES MONEY TO 20+ AGENTS WHO WORKED FOR HIGH PROFILE REALTY AND EARNED COMMISSIONS!! HE STARTED RUNNING HIGH PROFILE REALTY AS A PONZI SCHEME IN 2008 - HE USED ONE AGENTS CHECK TO PAY THE NEXT AGENT which worked out fine for several months....only the $$$ ran out as CHRIS HANSON'S GREED became out of control.
It went from waiting 2 weeks for a check in early 2008 to 4 week in mid 2008 to 3-4 months in late 2008!!!
CHRIS HANSON WILL USE YOUR COMMISSION CHECK FOR HIMSELF AND LEAVE YOU BEGGING FOR YOUR PAYCHECK!!
YOU WILL SPEND YOUR DAYS EMAILING AND CALLING FOR YOUR CHECK AND GET NOTHING BUT EXCESSES FROM HIM
Once you work there it is impossible to leave without losing money!
Chris Hanson knows that as the Broker he is in complete control of the commission checks and because he is a Thief, the thinks that entitles him to use the Agents commission for his own personal expenses.
No one cares that you have downsized over the last 18 months - what everyone needs to know is that the once Great High Profile Realty running with 700+ Agents until 2007 is now an Embarrassment To The Industry with maybe 200 Agents DESPERATELY HOPING to get their FINAL Commission Check from Chris Hanson.
The ONLY REASON AGENTS leave High Profile Realty is because of the grief and hassle involved in GETTING PAID!!! It is disgusting!!
THE SADDEST THING IS THAT ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IN REAL ESTATE FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS KNOWS ALL ABOUT CHRIS HANSON'S TACTIC OF KEEPING AGENTS PAYCHECKS AND WOULD NEVER WORK FOR CHRIS HANSON HIGH PROFILE REALTY - SO CHRIS HANSON PREYS ON NEW AGENTS!!!

I am a previous High Profile Agent and Chris still owes me money since Feb 2009. All the information is true about Chris Hanson and High Profile Realty. He has been stealing his agents commission. I am a victim and it only took once for me to open my eyes and move on to another broker. This message is to warn all the NEW agents out there so they do not become victims of Chris Hanson either. Chris will make up every excuse not to pay you since he has other bills or other agents to pay. He doesn't care since he still has his nice gated $600k house in Westwing while his agents are loosing their houses. He is intentionally stealing agents money and is committing FRAUD and this needs to stop. I cant believe the Real Estate Board is letting this criminal activity go on. Chris needs to be put behind bars for fraud and embezzlement. He needs to loose his real estate license and broker license. This needs to STOP, the only way for this to stop is to stop giving Chris Hanson NEW agents to prey off of.

These reports being filed on Rippoff are completely false and only being done to continue to do maore harm to High Profile Realty's reputation as these people have been doing over the last year. There are not 20 people waiting on checks. Agent can get paid directly through title, and High profile still has over 350 happy, supportive agents. There is no Ponzi scheme as this person has falsely claimed. This one person is using this site numerous times in an attempt to simply cause problems and discredit High profile Realty. Since they are now using the name enough is enough, they should take tehir own advice, enough is enough, grow up and move on! Chris Hanson
