On October 12, 2015 I was scammed by Cielle Carter paralegal services for $2000 cash to handover original hi conflict-child custody documents for the purpose of reunification a distressed broken Alineated bankrupt father with his two autistic children for over 10 years. I met Cielle Carter with her daughter at Panera on Lincoln Boulevard in Marina Delray To rush to the bank to withdraw $2000 from my savings to meet with her to openly discuss my high conflict custody case that has been stalled in a tainted court against a concerned loving father Since 2004. She came to the meeting un prepared without a paper pad And pen to take notes. I was a gentleman to treat her and her daughter to a subway sandwich. I was so naïve to believe that Cielle Carter Will prepare the necessary motions to provid paralegal assistance for the purpose of reunification of father with his children. I gave her $2000 cash plus original documents of high conflict custody case pending In sanfernando Courthouse. She gave me an invoice for the $2000 cash and emailed agreement to perform the paralegal services required. she vanished in thin air for one week to Las Vegas. I became alarmed of the scam to notify thumbtack advertising agency of my concern with respect to Cielle Carter I tried to reach her business line which was disconnected at that time. Thumbtack was able to reach out to her which she immediately send email to me that she's working on fixing the problem with her business line. She threatened to sue me on the Phone hiding behind attorneys if I Gave her a bad review on Thumbtack. I did not take such action to give her time to prepare the motion change of venue similar incident happened October 28 with a potential client that she was trying to scam and Sue I have turned over her file to Santa Monica police precinct detective Richard Alias for further investigation and possible prosecution to track her down.
