I ordered from this website on March 13, and have gotten nothing but the run around from them concerning the status of my order. First I emailed them concerning my order, and they said that the items were on backorder (it would be nice if they would email their customers to tell them this). I then emailed them a week later to cancel order, but they then told me the items were shipped and to allow 10 days for priority mail to deliver package(the items were apparently shipped one day after the items were on "backorder"). I asked for a tracking number, they said they do not provide tracking numbers.

The USPS always provides tracking numbers with priority mail. 10 days passed-no package. I emailed them once again and I told them that the package never arrived, and to please refund my money. I then received an email reprimanding me how dare I question their operations and to find another retailer. I was told the package was "lost in the mail" and they should refund my money on Monday or Tuesday of next week. The email also stated how the thousands of customers they service do not have a problem if their orders are not received in an appropriate manner, and that I should find another retailer.

Do not order from this company-you will get the run-around and their customer service is horrible, treating their customer as if they are doing them a favor.

I'll be waiting for my refund, and I am holding true to my end of the bargain- I am not recommending their services to anyone, and telling everyone that I know to be cautious if you decide to purchase through this online retailer.
