First Thanks for correcting my English, anyhow, I want you to know that we are not sitting in a classroom or no one can judge me for how I type or read my englsih since it's my second language( I think i'm doing much better than you do after few classes in English and speaking 3 languages.) second My main idea was very clear. I was telling people who got ripped off by cingular my worst cellphone bills ever. and I know what i'm talking about. let's put it in other word, my second company I was using for the last 18 month beside cingular was T-mobile. I wish I can find a small mistake with my bill to call them .. but all the problems were very minor and they fix the problem during the call .. they were never rude and they are 24/7 to answer calls. third. I'm sure I am not from the stone age and I know how to use Internet or txt messaging .. from my cell .. and I know when I use it and when not. and from my cingular line I never used the internet or anything close to it.. maybe few TXT messages. all my friends around me are waiting their contracts to be ended with cingular very soon .. I adviced them before they buy but they found the plan very tempting.. they didn't know what a big devil standing behind cingular bill.. anyway .. thanks for the advising and for anyone else who is trying to do rebuttal pelase don't write to me directly .. please make your message in general to everyone so you can discuss the Cingular Rip-off with all my American Fellows. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY MORE REBUTTALS ( i'm so tired of making stubborn people understand some of my bad experinces and trying to prevent them from CINGULAR RIP-OFF ) Thanks Fellows.

If i had payments left on a car that has a blown engine, I would tell them to pick up the car and then sue the car dealership. For selling me a bad car in the first place. First of all joe you signed in as a employie of the company. now you are saying your not sorry joe no sale for you. a phone bill should not be as large as a car payment. If it is then your company deserves to be sued. I have delt with cell phone companies before they are all bad sprint was the worst. I watch my phone bill and my minutes most of the time i do not go over my minutes. and yet last mounth they charged me a extra 10 dollers. I went to the store were i bought it from and they were able to take it off for me after checking the chip in the phone. Rest assured if it happens again I will be suing the phone company.

Ms. Antara, First of all learn how to speak english correctly. Secondly, you probably didn't figure in taxes. There are state and federal taxes. So your 39.99 plan is easliy jacked up to around 70-75 USD. Also, if you call international (incluing canada and mexico) those miutes come out of the next months bill of service and not from the current month. And if you are calling out of the good old USA, there is something called an international long distance charge. Thirdly, with the GSM network you have the ability to access the internet. Anytime that you access the internet you pay for it as well as for any downloads that you may do. Also, when you text message or instant message you pay per use for it. EVERYTIME that you use it. So take a good long look at your next bill. If you don't go over your minutes or call outside of the USA or don't use the internet or text messaging your bill will be aroung 70-75 USD. Also, if you have a past due balance take that out of the equation.

Hi Joseph, I appreciate your responses. For a car ofcourse you have to make a payment even if you don't use the car .. BUT BUT BUT you keep the mileage and the some higher value of the car. Beleive me or not. .I use to have cingular and another cellphone carrier .. if you are interested I will give you the name and you can call them and ask them abotu suspending the service, ask the m how much they charge per month to suspoend it. Why cingular tell you yea it's OK to suspend it for 3 months and then they charge you for it without even keeping you Mileage minutes.. :-) anyway I don't want to talk about this too many times.. but let's say that cingular over all is not doing the right thing so far. Thanks Edd

First off, I am not a cingular employee and I am still standing by my statement to all. And I feel and believe that if you are suspending your service you are still responsible to pay for the monthly services. And my question still needs to be answered, and you are being evasive. If your used car with no warranty was sitting their with a blown motor and you had a car payment would you still make the monthly payments or not? A yes or a NO.

After 3 month which is the maximum time to suspend the line for any reason he got the bill of around 150.00 USD and when he called them they said that their policy, even if you suspend or freeze the line you have to keep paying the same service fee without getting the minutes not even adding them to the rollover minutes. He kept calling til he got to the headquarter after 22 calls of fighting and arguing. After all this fights they didn't refund a penny. The only thing they did after filling a dispute that they give him the 1800 minutes that he got charged to. if you suspend service, you dont think you are responsible to still pay the monthly charges? I guess if you bought a used car and the warranty was expired, you would not pay the monthly payment if you could not drive it? is that what you are saying? get a grip...please
