Correct me if I am wrong....Doesn't T-mobile, Cingular and Cellular One all share towers...so if your not getting signal on a Cingular Tower (if that was what was next to you) then you would be picking up a T-mobile tower....Again, I could be wrong...also ever think that it could be your phone also? If there is the same tower in town...and you all of a sudden dont get service...cancel...get with t-mobile...get a NEW phone...same tower has not moved yet in your town...and now you get service.... just something to think about also in your contract with cingular..and again correct me if I am wrong because I know pretty much every cell company puts this in the contract to save their butts...."We can not guaruntee 100% service" meaning and I am going to put this in plain simple terms "If your not able to use your phone because the coverage sucks...that is not our fault because you signed a contract and that contract says sorry if coverage sucks we cant guaruntee that it will be great but you are STUCK with us for 2 years" That is why your Eary Termination Fee's (ETF) would be valid because they did state in the contract they couldn't guaruntee your service..... It is a harsh world with Cell companies and they are all the same no matter where you go... Good luck!
