Circuit City And FNANB Deceptive Practice deceptive company Houston Texas
I purchased a digital camera and peripherals last year and was told that I could put this on a charge card that would be interest free if and only if I paid off the purchase within a year. I paid it off three months early and accidently paid the balance showing which was $30 more than the promotional balance at the bottom of the statement.
I called FNANB (they only finance for Circuit City, no one else) and was told the peripherals were not included on the promotion. This is expressly NOT WHAT I was told last year. I want my refund and I want it now.
