Complaint Review: Circuit City manger on duty Jerahmaia - Trumbull Connecticut

On 9|7|2002 i went to the trumball circuit city store number 3662. I went because 7 months before i had bought a HP PAVILION mx50 at the time i lived in Stamford CT.

The first pc was set up buy a CC empyee that i paid to help he was young but nice..As most of CC staff are college age students but very at times forget that the customer pays there salary i part of growing. Any this pc was BROUGHT BACK 3 TIMES!! IT had to be changed three times due to treouble different things with each pc!!

the 4 and final one i got at the trumball store where i met a women who appeared to be indian and came right out that suggesting ""well mr/morse we could not find nothing wrong we have to make sure theres no scam "" i got upset and said how dare you!!

She stated that it was company policy and gave me several reasons!!> Even thou one of there own told them something was wrong with the pc! I needed it as i am a RED CROSS DISATER LEADER ! And i need to get life saving info fast!! I first wanted a hp pavilion mx 75 i ende up with a mx50 as i was told it copst the same and is same machine!! I also bought a scanner and a HP printer desktop inkjet!!

Now it was Sept 7 "2002 i was printing or going to print download some IMPOERTANT DAT TEAM INFO!!the printer made a noise when i hit print very loud!! and would not work to make story faster because when i had to exchange my PC 4 times most CC empyees knew me and lets say when i entered the store that day i was happy in good mood till the young asst manager came over !!

And another young man who said i know him he was her about 6 months ago and bought a hole kit but said it in a very mean demenor!!>> SEE they had no record of me in there store computer!! and had me having a credit thers card number that had ben closed and they gave me a knew card !! i found out later that i was told that the oldest card is the one they have in there system not the knew one and thta BOTH CARDS ARE OPEN!! SOMETHING THAT I REQUESTED BE CLOSED!!!!!!

So my printer brook i bought it back to trumabll CC i was treated like trash buy a young staff!! I am 37 4 time college grad have written and got two CT bill's |law"s passed and several letters of support from red cross!! THe did nothave the printer i bought and gave me ""this model is even better than the one you have """ Givening me a 2 cent refund!!

i look at the box you could clearly tell it had been open than reclosed!! I STATED THIS to the young man helping me .. ""he said its fine it's all there somtimes they just give you the "display model but its just as good"""!! So i said ok after being there anj hour while they found me in there computer and young men all had bad threaten scary attitudes .

Which i belived strated because i asked for the store manager! that caused a uproar with several 3 total claiming to be in charge i finally dealt with JERIMAHIE> Who turned nasty when i explained why i wanted managwer ((past history with them)) HE stuck up for his staff and gave me nasty looks went to room beside customer service d3eask!

I could here them complaing about me one remark clearly!! ""He's that f*g that >>>> spoke to!! i got upset and yelled toward room if your going to insult custmers make sure they cant here you!! I asked the young lady for the phone and address for cc headquerters she was told not to give it to me by jerimah he said if you have a problem ask for me!! Anyway i had to go back home to get the old printer they than gave me the ""better one""LOL ...I got it home and open the box it was all black inki stained !! all over the inside of the box !! things where in side that where not wrap! IT WAS CLEARLY A USED MODEL or as the young man at CC called it a REVAMP MODEL""!!so again i went back this is trip 3 in less than 3 hrs driving a half hour vthere from Brigdeport to trumball..

ONCE i got there they gave me another printer same model but knew !! also i needed a power plug i assumed it was in box as was the very first model i bought 6 months erlier!! but than the trouble started again the youngwomen she was trying to be nice!! BUT peer pressure on her you no copy us hes a pain anyway and she did1 But at my asking she called northern bank therte credit card bank but this time i had said out loud not yelling ! that this dont sound fair there was a male custmer and his wife beside me they said "" this is the third time we have brought a dvd player and had to bring it back """ FINALLY the young caashier was able to get aproval from the bank that the number on the reciet was good and i could but the power cord!!

I than asked as a knew printer came out "CAN WE i was looking at jeriamah check it before i leave??"" his reply""listen its knew we dont sell old stuff here!! in a loud bulling matter the women he was helping look at me shock her head no and we both just went like what an attitude!!"" SO after the printer was but on shelf i took it leaving store than jerimah in a loud rude voice said"" HEY DO YOU WANT TO OPEN IT AND SEE IF ITS A USED ONE ! LAUGING AS HE SPOKE!!"" tel;ling the nice custmer women ""IT WILL JUST BE A MIN I HAVE TO LOOK AT IT SO HE DONTCOME BACK""!! HE DID CHECK IT it was a knew one everthing was in it no ink was in box !!

AGAIN He was rude and threating i said ok fine ty!! than i said if i have to come back today i will bring an officer as iwas leaving ! jerimah heard me and said""DONT YOU DEAR MAKE THREATS and dont come back here ""! I sdaid wht young man if i have two come back i'll bring the police to keep a report he was rude said

JUST go"" he threatening look scared me ! I left store and got home called the local police they said as i have left rthe scene the only thing they could do was send an officer to my house to take a report of threatening!!

I said ok ty and did not instead i am sending this e-mail will contact the BBB and FCC as well as CT SENATORS everyone i spoke to said how terrible one person says he knows you one says he dont they give youa arevamp prinbter making you drive there back and fourth a total of 4 times!!

I want and will get how ever many cards they have closed and never have anything to do with C CITY again ! THE YOUNG STAFF"S OPEN BIGOTRY IS OUTRAGEOUS than i get a used printer and they treat me like trash for returning it!! THANKYOU
