Circuit City is totally incompetent. Rip-off! Bergen New Jersey
After a month of trying to get my Panasonic TV repaired I am nowhere. 1st the tech that CC provided was not certified by Panasonic. 2nd the replacement tech could not find time to come and investigate. 3rd the replacement tech came, diagnosed, and was informed by Panasonic that it had to be sent to Panasonic.
Now it gets good. A week goes by and nothing happens. I call the tech who informs me that they are waiting for authorization from GE??
I contact CC who informs me that the work has to be approved by a Care Specialist. I wait days nothing.
After a month from the beginning of my ordeal I call again. It turns out that the tech who diagnosed what was necessary to be repaired was not authorized by Panasonic, and the tech that is authorized by Panasonic is not authorized by CC. You read it correctly. The problem is now sent to a Locating team to find an approved OEM service provider?? Hassle free. Not. TV repaired after a month? NO.
