Hi, This is not actually a rebuttal but how to help you. There was no other option to respond except for rebuttal button. I just got ripped off by CIS as well, it is such a scam and they are preying on already vulnerable people like myself who is getting hounded by weird phone calls and e-mails and trying to figure out who they are coming from. Immediately after realizing I was taken advantage of, I e-mailed them, and of course got some standard e-mail back telling me how the "system" works and not answering my request for a refund at all. Right after that I didn't waste my time with them. I called consumer affairs dept in DC where I live and filed a complaint online. I then called my bank and filed a dispute for the charge. Luckily I also called Paypal, which I paid with (best move I made) and filed a dispute. The woman at Paypal was so nice but she did say it would be a hard dispute since the service or goods were "virtual", however she gave me a phone number for clickbank. And now I will give it to you. 208-472-9500. I called, complained, told them I filed with consumer affairs and also that I work for the media (which I do in television) and would not hesitate to bring this matter to light with some of my friends also in the media and the woman refunded my money right away. I suggest you call and do the same. Hope this helps. Good Luck
