Have been asking for refund 3 hrs after I signed up with this site. By law 3 business days to cancel. There was nothing on the site on every name I checked. I used only names that I knew should have information on them. Family members with there permission. I know that people I looked up had records in court and this site comes up no data...try again.

Then after you use the 6 pts and your locked out of parts of sites then you get an email or message on site you must purchase more pts to keep researching. I just paid $49.95 for unlimited access. In the modern day dictionary "unlimited" mean access with out restriction" not have to buy more access.

This is deceptive practice and I have notified "FBI Inernet Fraud Unit" and Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau in Fl. I will make sure no one will get fraud like i did again hopefull they will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law that is allowed. Deception is not a good business practice and no phone number to call either. I hve been requesting thru email full refund. Keep asking for more information to prove I purchase it. They have to keep records for a business so why cant they find my account.

I WILL CONTACT THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE YOU BECUASE YOU ARE REFUSING ME A FULL REFUND WITHIN 3 DYS.

I NOTIFIED YOU IN WRITING WITHIN 3 HOURS. THE LAW IN THE UNITED STATES IS YOU MUST SEND IN WRITING THAT YOU REQUEST A FULL REFUND WITHIN 3 BUSINESS WORKING DAYS. I SENT WITHIN 3 HOURS.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORDS BECUASE A BUSINESS HAS TO HAVE RECORDS AND I AM SURE YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM FINDING MY NAME ON IT SINCE YOU TOOK THE MONEY AND IT WAS THRU CLICKBANK RECEIPTS.

I can access your website but then there is nothing including me on that website. I could not even find any information about me there. Why? I checked for my husband and family and nothing ever comes up. Not even an address or background check. I do exist but not on your website.

That is why I canceled my subscription. Also I can only access three area of interest otherwise you have to buy pts. I purchased in good faith a one time all access to information and now your site is telling me I do not have pts or have to purchase more pts. I do not want this purchase and canceled with in 30 mins of purchase and requested a full refund which by law I have 3 dys to cancel any purchase for a full refund.

Thank you for help in this matter in giving me my full refund to my credit card on file with your co and take me off your email list too.
