I have been out of work now for over a year and have been strugggling with making ends meet. My husband lost his job as well. We have tried on several occassions to make payment arrangements or have our loan modified and Citi Auto has done nothing to try to help us. They have called several times a day, called my mother in law and other family members. They have threatend us and talked to us like we are the lowest thing living. I dont understand why they send you a letter saying we can help with payments arrangements and plans. This information is misleading. They are charging all kind of fees and I end up oweing more. I am at my breaking point with them.
I am just gonna have them reposse this auto so they will leave me the hell alone. I am going through enough stress right now and they are making things worse for me and my family. I sometimes feel like dying this is so bad and abusive.

You've been out of work FOR A YEAR??? You are out of work for a year because YOU CHOOSE to be out of work. Your husband is out of work. Is he going to CHOOSE to do the same thing? Apparently you have little or no income...what is there to work with? What type of arrangements can be made with NOTHING? Please, don't give me the sob story of the bad economy. A responsible person gets off his/her -ss and gets a job, yes, EVEN IF its a job sweeping the floors, stocking the shelves or picking up garbage. A responsible person realizes what looks good to a perspective new employer is a person who gets laid off but takes another job, even if its a job they don't like, so that they can pay their bills LIKE A RESPONSIBLE PERSON. All jobs are NOT advertised in the paper. You attack the process of finding a job just like that process is a job in and of itself. You get up early...you go out and knock on doors...you ask around...you knock on more doors...you check the paper for leads and then call upon those who are advertising just in case those who they hired are not working out. You get out there every day. You don't sleep until noon, check the afternoon paper, stay up all night watching tv and then do it again the next day. This lender is under ZERO obligation to work with you...even if you had perfect credit. All the responsibility is on you...that's what you agreed to. Now that I've made you angry enough to blow a gasket, channel that anger into working out a game plan to get you and him on a payroll.
