City of Estelline, Texas Crooked Cop supporting city through unethical speed trap!! Estelline, Texas
Captain Robert Powell of Estelline Texas, should be the mayor of Estelline before long, as he is using a highly unethical speed trap where he hides in the dark and radars drivers right as they pass the speed limit sign that lowers the speed limit by 20 miles per hour. You will not have enough time to slow down from 70 to 50 because Captain Bob (more like a 20 year old Barney Fife) will radar you right as you pass the the sign that lowers the speed limit to 50. I actually almost hit him because the idiot pulled right out in front of me with no lights on! As I read on the internet, the town will shut down without this highly profitable trap set up to steal money from unsuspecting citizens and pay the town of Estelline. DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN ESTELLINE, TX!! Let Barney Fife support the local the businesses!
