This Leroy Palov has harrassed the citizens of JOhnstown for years.
He condemns homes to send in his own goons to strip them.
He is a crook, 2 faced, a liar and an out right criminal. The
guy steals from the citizens, steals from the City and how a
guy that spent time in prison for killing someone is working for the city?!!!!
This guy needs to be stopped. He is the biggest crook and liar I
have ever seen, Beware and lets rise up to clean up the
cities corruption.
