City of PEEKSKILL, NEW YORK VICTOR PIZZELLA, , Building Inspector Public Officials practice violating constitutional and Civil Rights of Latino and African Americans PEEKSKILL, New York
This information is being documented for future review... Victor Pizzella, Brian O. Havranek
and Joseph A. Stargiotti, Esq...etc.. and additional City Services employees. Relentlessly, practice criminal, Civil and constitutional Rights Violations against Latino and African Americans residence in the the City.. Upon Investigation by, Eric Holder, United states Attorney General . These City employees racist tactics will be exposed..Most recently information has been submitted verifying these City officials document fraudulent complaints against black and Latino residence attempting to cease property and residence out of the Peekskill NY community. Most recently in the documents we have received, Mr. Pizzella has illegally accessed a property located at 434 Simpson place, Peekskill New York.. The Property noted incurred a electrical fire on or about July 29, 2008
also as the family sought to repair and move back into the fire damaged property a suspicious fire occurred again..
in may of 2009 leaving the African American family homeless for an extended duration.. after the second fire occurred the home owners received E mail communications between Neighborhood Association, Tina Bongar, Lieutenant.Catherine Johansen., Victor Pizzella, Building Dept. Neighboors, David Parr of 430 Simpson Place, Peekskill , New York 10566.. after the second fire deemed arson, Mr. Parr and Wife , left the community prior to being questioned by the Police officials investigating the arson at 434 Simpson Place.. In addition, Fard Jamir, the information these E mails discuss are questionable, In a statement made by Tina Bongar, The Westside Neighboorhood Association, Ms. Bongar makes statements concerning a planned Bonfire at another property on Simpson Place.. Unfortunately, a arson occurred a few weeks later at the 434 Simpson Place, address. The e mail Tina Bongar makes reference to (the Bonfire) has disappeared. Upon investigation, we have been informed that one way a E mail can just disappear is by someone hacking into the computer, but rest assured upon investigation by the attorney General and Justice Department the E mail threats of harm to the Coves Property owners and the fire at Simpson Place will be located.
There are many, many e mails discussions concerning the 434 Simpson place, Property.
In the E mails the writers make reference to having a Bon fire, Demolition of the Property by City officials, and conspiring to eliminate the family from the community.
The E mails attempt to imply that the City has been seeking to work with the homeowner, this is far from the truth.. The City officials , Westside Associations motives are to utilize their appearance of a clean cut agenda is a farce toward eliminating Minorities, blacks and latinos who do not fit the Picture perfect City image..During October 2009 Victor Pizzella and other city officials entered the property illegally and used the guise of the Peekskill Police gaining entry to the property.. through checking doors, locks, etc..The Property has been summoned with bogus code violations.. (ABUSE OF POWER & RETALIATION) This was a ploy a attempt to justify his entry into the property without the homeowners permission.. these actions and practices are present day Slavery.. They may as well lynch Negro's in the street.. and make their intentions clear instead of hiding behind The City of Peekskill, Department of City Services, and Tina Bongars Neighborhood Watch..(((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) WATCH) These people are cowards......Exposure Pending...
