Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I don't know where to start. How about this CYDCOR SCAM, look it up!

First off if you are reading this Brock Solveson, Steve Cogswell or Jeremy Doty how do you sleep at night? You are terrible, lying, self-centered people. You call yourselves managers? You are users, you take perfectly good people and use them until there's nothing left and then they finally get smart or desperate and quit. Then they are so far behind in bills and you act like it's not your fault, you provided them an "oppourtunity" Bullshit! Where's the oppourtunity? Why did your assistant manager quit the Jeremy?

Why did his team leave with him? Because you lied to them! I called them, and asked them why they left. Who would leave a "job" that pays 100k plus a year why would they just walk away from that? Because he was smart, and he cared about his people. Job seeker beware this company is a scam, a complete lie! They dangle a carrot in front of you and you never get it unless..... you're sleeping with the manager, right Brock? ;-)

Bianca Kitsuse only made it to management because she slept with Brock and now she's having his baby. A mistake she's going to have to live with the rest of her life. How did Steve get to management? Oh that's right he's sleeping with Theresa the admin. It seems like all Quill does is drink and f**k each other! I absolutely loathed working with Brock all you heard about was how he could throw a javelin over a mountain. I never worked for T-mobile but after asking enough questions and are working there for a while it's exactly the same.

Jeremy lives in La-La land acting like everythings fine when his people are struggling. Indifference right, I had a one on one with him and all he did was use S.E.E.C factors. Smile, Eye Contact, Enthusiasm and Confidence you could tell he didn't care. The only manager who did quit and walked away I won't mention his name because he was a nice guy and didn't deserve the s**t they put him through.

Here's how it all works

-Maybe you apply or maybe you don't but you'll get a call from Theresa the admin trying to set up a one on one interview

-You go to the interview and sit in a lobby while the receptionist answers calls for 15+ other companies

-They sit you in a common area and you fill out a questionaire

-One of the managers interviews you asking a but of questions and pretending to write down your answers but all they really care about is

   A. Are you dressed halfway decent

   B. Are you trainable

   C. Are you halfway smart but not too smart (Because you'll see through it in a second) and maybe...

   D. Would you sleep with Brock (Only if you interview with Brock, he'll probably do it on Steve and Theresas couch because that's where he lives, *only if Bianca isn't there and is in Virginia) But wait I thought he made over 100K a year why is he living with Steve and Theresa? Great question since they only have a one bedroom apartment.

-If and only if you didn't ask "Is this commision?" or "Is there benefits?" you'll get a call back offering the next step

-A full day unpaid shadowing of someone hoping to god you'll take the job and be on their team, you'll be hitting the pavement watching someone get told no 30-40 times and then get a "yes" at eaither a set-up sale or someone who will cancel because they were lied to and no one gets paid. Listen VERY closely to the person you are shadowing, they will LIE to the customer to make a sale. If it sound too good to be true..... well you know the answer

-You will then be brought back to the office fill out another sheet while eveyone goes in the back and talks about you, Brock usually asks if the interview was trainable and then.... well that's about it. Can they train you to see 30-50 no's a day and will you stick around doe-eyed listening to all the bullshit they tell you.

-You'll then be offered a job the next day

-You start the job and then quit when you realize I was right and you're out of money, the company then makes fun of you calling you a p***y and keeps your last few checks.

That's it so.... Good Luck if you take the chance and be sure to update your resume when it's back on career builder in a few months.
