the AIR BAG LIGHT WILL NOT GO OFF NOW, AFTER 3 MONTHS 1.2 CLAIMS AMERICA REALIZES THAT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE AIRBAG LIGHT NOT GOING OFF?? THEY SAY ITS THE CLOCK SPRING, YET CLAIMS AMERICA IS TRYING TO JIMMY RIG THE AIRBAG LIGHT TO TURN OFF SO THEY CAN RETURN A CAR TO ME THAT IS NOT SAFE!!!!THE CAR NOT UP TO SATISFACTION!!!INSURANCE COMPANY REFUSES TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS AND THE AUTO BODY SHOP IS REFUSIING TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS AFTER 3 MONTHS 1/2 MY CAR IS NOT COMPLETED AND I went to Schumacher on 7/12/06 at 430 P.M. I went there to examine my car which the sales person who I know went to the back and found an identical car same model and color of the 2006 Pontiac G-6 I own. They parked it next to mine so I can see the difference of the cars. The car paint grey is not metallic like it was prior the accident the color variation is slightly off. The passenger door is not opening like it did prior. The car did not look like or does not work like it was prior and I am not being made whole or being in the position I was prior. I saw metal bent up on the bottom of the car as I examined this closely as the new car didn't have. The Alarm System is not working as they Claims America indicated they fixed. The air bag light is still on the locks were supposedly going on and off. The car smelled horrible as if someone went to the bathroom in it the car is definitely is not as it was prior even though the attempted to take it to a cheap detail the car is not acceptable they didn't even take off a 3 orange car air freshener out of the car. They did not put the same tires on as prior because the tire was destroyed. Note this car is a brand new car and does not definitely look resemble the identical car I was looking at which is the car I purchased. There was seat covers on my car of the time of the collision the seat covers have been Removed and there are a series of stains on the car seats and the carpets that was not there prior done by Claims America or who ever they sub out the work to. Claims America tried to get the stains out yet it didn't come out by the cheap detailing. The car needs new seats and carpets to replace the ruined ones. This is just my examination with in 20 minutes and I am not an auto body or mechanic specialist. I did not drive the car yet but so far I am not being made whole or was as before. If I didn't see the exact car year model and color next to mine I would have not been able to point this out. So I am kind of glad that Claims America took the car there because I was able look at the vehicle I was just not permitted to drive it. claims America says they guarantee there work however they are not willing to do any of the repairs but they demand my signature so they can get paid???
