now before i even spoke to someone at claims management, I read that a recorded statement was not necessary, So i did not give one, Plus my family was going through a really bad time regarding a elderly person with ealth issues, I then filed with the State of Virginia a ort claim which slowed down my claim even more, This company is based out,of Aekansas.
Both claim represenative were very uncooperative and wanted a recording, As i read from another cutomer she did the deposition and they still deined her claim now, was was also denied , In my opion a game was played with time and time supposedly ran out onmy claim plus they asked for a reciept!? it was not asked for at the begining of the claim,
I complianed to the state of Arkansas regarding my claim for consumer ripoff plus i made sure i went through the proper channels over and over again, and was given al ist of numbers, for numbers for lawyers, After all the pain and suffering i went through, I was not even had over 3000.00bills paid for. I hope that we get together and file a class action suit angainst this company for not living up to there mission statement
