CLASSIC QUALITY HOMES DAVE WENGERD EMMA WENGERD Sold us property that they knew was not buildable East Stroudsburg and Pocono Summit Pennsylvania
We were looking at property to build a house on. Found a piece of land owned by Mr. Wengerd. We had one obstacles along the way with getting our money back from the builder we were using. Mr. Wengerd was oddly patient with the situation. We just thought he was being nice. Once we bought the property, we found out we could not build on it.
Doing some research, we found out that he knew the property was distressesd because he had sold it at least once prior, (that we know of) to selling it to us after scooping it up at a tax sale. We let it go into tax sale becuase it was unbuildable due to sight distance and a fraudelent septic permit (I have it on hand). Some how he was able to get title insurance. I just called the county court house and found out he bought it AGAIN and sold it to someone else. Watch out for CLASSIC QUALITY HOMES and DAVE AND EMMA WENGARD.
