Classic Real Estate Management / Andrew, Debbie, Cori(contractor), Gus, I signed a contract with Gus for Classic to find a renter for my home and manage the property. I was moving out of state. I worked closely with the contractor Cori and followed there directions. Once i was out of the state they started to charge me for work that did not need to be done. Valencia California
I even had neighbors go into my home and take pictures. Andrew said it smelled like animals and the paint was bad. They charged me. I filed with better business bureau. They never responded. They keep charging me every month for repairs that are just not there. I can not keep flying back to LA. On top of that the person in the house has been threatening my old neighbors with physical harm. Classic does not return calls and Andrew told me straight out. I don't care. Cori and Gus specifically told me NOT to do certain things. Then when i left they turned around and charged me ridiculous amounts of money to fix the same items i was instructed not to do.
I hired Classic Rentals to manage my rental property. I signed a contract with them.I worked closely with the contractoer to get my home ready to rent.
I followed direction to the tee, from the contractors until they said we are good,my home was ready to rent.
As soon as I left town to take care of my father in law who has small cell lung cancer the problems began.
I was getting charged crazy amounts of money for "repairs" they said were not done. They even attempted to charge me for "carpet cleaning" which was done before i left.
I hasd neighbors go in and take pics and check to see if there was a smell. The assured me the place looked great and smelled like a new home.
Classic ended up charging me a lot of money for grout, paint,and other miscelanious items i was specifically told by them NOT to do. I could have easily completed this on my own.
I filed with the better business bureau and they never responded. When i call they do not answer. every month they keep deducting extra expenses.
When i did talk to Andrew he said he does not care there is nothing i can do about it.
These people are predators, if i was in Los Angeles I could do more but I do not have the $$$ to keep flying to LA.
On top of it the gentleman living in my home has threatened my neighbors and yelled at kids in the neighborhood. This is something else Classic does not care about. If you are looking for a rental company in Los Angeles County Please please do not use these guys. Shop around!
