I am awaiting a promised refund for ths guitar playing course, I dont find Claudes comments offensive, he sounds pretty much the same as the rest of us, but all I want is to have a promise kept of a refund if the product is unsatisfactory.. An email was sent to me stating that the refund should appear in my statement, but has not appeared yet, all communication has been cordial, but no action yet, I am not at the stage of calling it a RIP-OFF yet, but I am dissapointed.

I have been dealing with this organisation for guitar playing lessons for nearly 5 yrs. This last purchase has caused some upset and i am pleased to say that everything has worked out fine. I intend to keep purchasing any product i feel will be of advantge to me with the knowledge that all promises will be honoured.
