This company advertises the same products as JD Marvel. BEWARE: They have no phone #, do not accept credit cards,and are located in same city as JD Marvel, Champlain, NY. Coincidence? If you put this company's name in Google you'll see a disclaimer for any association with JD Marvel. Don't bet on it !

Merchandise shipped, customer did not get ripped off.

I have checked the status of this order and the merchandise was shipped in a timely manner. The customer has to realize that it takes time to process orders. She placed the order in the mail, sent is off, it takes about 1 week to reach us. We open thousands of letters each day. This takes time. The orders are data entered into our system on a first come first serve basis. Then merchandise is shipped and it takes another week to 10 business days for the post office to deliver the goods. All of this takes about 4 weeks. It is unreasonable to expect an earlier delivery unless the customer calls and places a priority order paying up to $6.50 more for accellerated shipment via UPS. In any event the order was shipped and this customer did not get ripped off.

I ordered some bras from Clear Point, my ck. cleared the bank 2 weeks ago, have not received my merchandise. I called the company, you cannot talk to no one in person. I left a message for someone to call me back. so far haven't heard from them.

Clearpoint Direct.Com and JD Marvel Products are NOT and have NEVER been related to each other. Even though we have similar addresses and from time to time advertise similar products, there is absolutely no relationship between our two companies. Not withstanding the above, I do understand where the confusion stems from. In fact, we at Clearpoint do receive a large number of complaints regarding non-delivery of merchandise and other seriour issues relating to JD Marvel Products. We wish they would go away but despite our efforts, people continue to call. We do what we can to assist them by giving then the appropriate phone number and forward their mail. The fact that our addresses are similar because Camplain NY hosts a number of quality companies which support the direct marketing industry. Regarding similar products, the mail order industry is one wherein a small number of vendors distribute their products to a wide range of catalogue companies. for example, the fact that Tide Laundry Detergent is available at Price Chopper and Home Depot, does not mean the two companies are related. This is also the case here. As for credit cards, Clearpoint does take credit cards, and have a toll free customer service number 888-840-9999.
