We received an order from Ellie on February 10, 2004. Her merchandise - a set of bras was on backorder. She was sent a Backorder notice card detailing the item she ordered, what she paid and given an opportunity to cancel the order for a complete refund. She did not cancel the order. Upon receiving merchandise at our warehouse we did send her the merchandise she ordered. This after we sent her two additional letters explaining the situation - March 9th and March 22 as well as an email on March 23rd. When an item is on backorder for whatever reason, Clearpoint sends out backorder notices to all affected customers providing the details of their transaction, an option to cancel for a complete refuns as well as out 888-840-9999 toll free customer service number. Woman ordered set of two bras. Mercandise was on slight back order. Her mailing label was pulled on March 10, 2004 and it was confirmed by the post office that her order was en route to her home address on March 15th. That is 7 days before she wrote her complaint. She sent us an email on March 23rd which was responded to advising her that her merchandise was on its way. To date June 15, we have not received additional correspondance from this customer. She has received her merchandise and there is no Rip-Off Here.
