Clearviewplumbing ,clearviewplumbing.ca SCAM VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SCAM LIERS WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE COLD!!! Calgary Alberta
I had a furnace fixed buy this company? I thought! The furnace would not properly stay lit after they left and would make a loud poof bang? after a couple days the the furnace would bang so LOUD it would sound like a bus driving into the side of the house!. It turns out that the thermal couple that they installed was improperly installed and was leaking because of a cross thread problem. Every time the furnace would turn on it would fill the air and BLOW UP after the gas hits the pilot lite.
I called Clear View Plumbing up and told the girl on the phone Tammy about the problem she said "It would be $150.00 just to come out again and they could not come out tell the following day!" I told her that the furance work should be under warranty but she said "NO!"? Plus we were told one price then when they billed us they put an exstra $99 on top of what we were told for come out. WELL THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THE HOLE PRICE NOT PART OF IT!!!
PLEASE BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH clearviewplumbin!!! IT WAS MINUS 29 WITH THE MIND CHILL 3 CHILDREN 3 ADULTS NO HEAT!! i WOULD LIKE TO SAY WHEN I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE NO CHARGE SO WE COULD HAVE HEAT AGAIN! PLEASE BEWARE OF www.clearviewplumbing.ca
