Unfortunately this client didn't provide enough information for me to pull up his exact file so that we can provide the full details of his exact situation. However there are a few things we can still clear up. "Unbeknownst to us, the credit card sheet we signed was ALSO a contract for services which states that you must return all materials within 3 days to get a refund." I'm unsure on how this was unknown to the client. Clients do not sign a "credit card sheet"; they fill out and sign a detailed business contract. The contract that all clients sign clearly states that there is a 3 business day return policy. We suggest that all clients read the contract and ask us any additional questions before signing. "However, the manual we got said we had 30 days and since we didn't know about the 3 day refund period, we thought we had 30 days." The contract clearly states 3 business days. Our materials are all educational tools; the return policies are clearly stated on the contract and are not repeated in our manuals. This clients claim is a flat out lie; we would love for him to provide us with proof for this claim. "We returned our materials within the 30 day time period stated in the printed materials," Again none of our printed materials besides the business contract state our refund period; and the business contract clearly states 3 business days. "ClickIncome had told us on the phone we COULD get a full refund." The client hasn't provided us with enough information to pull up his account history and get exact details on his situation. However I doubt that anyone from Clickincome would tell him he would be refunded without a board review when he was far outside his 3 business days. If he would provide his name, address, and the name of the person he spoke with we would gladly look into this. "they have been scamming people for years, yet, for some reason are not being shut down." Another false claim; once again if the client would have read their contract and followed the correct refund procedures they would have been refunded without question. If the client is willing to provide us with more information we would gladly provide the details of his specific situation.
