ClickBank has never, in over 10 years of business, stolen affiliates' commissions. On every transaction we process, ClickBank makes exactly the same fee, whether an affiliate is credited with the sale or not. Our processing fee on the sale is taken out before any commissions are paid to the vendor or affiliate, so there is no reason for us to avoid paying affiliate commissions. As an example of our commitment to paying out affiliates, the percentage of ClickBank sales that are credited to affiliates has risen steadily over our history. Affiliate-credited sales now account for over 75% of all ClickBank sales, which is the highest percentage it has ever been. There may be a number of reasons why your affiliate commission did not get credited, or why your sales numbers declined over time, but without being able to see any specific information there is no way we can assist you in trying to figure out what happened. Feel free to provide specific information or links to videos to [email protected] with the subject ClickBank Commissions and we will look into the problem for you. However, we can assure you in no uncertain terms that the issue is not due to any deliberate action on ClickBank's part.
