I purchased a groupon certificate for $40 worth of ink supplies from this company.  My problem is not with groupon I have always gotten good service from them.  The certificate did not have any restrictions stated about type of ink etc.  I had previously went to the website and picked out what I wanted, figured price etc.  The website said free shipping on orders over a certain amount.  

I was under the impression I could be getting the ink I wanted with shipping for approx the value of my groupon.  I went to the website to order, picked out my ink and went to the checkout.  I then figured out I could not use my goupon for the ink I wanted and needed to order a specific ink.. which was more money of course.  So I changed my order and went to the checkout.  My certificate worked and I was a little happier.  Then I figured out that the amount I needed to to meet for free shipping was only on the part of my order that exceeded my certificate amount which would have doubled my order.  So, I decided to just go ahead and pay shipping instead of what I felt was being tricked into a larger order.

The product description said most orders ship next business day.  I placed my order on 2/9/15.  and was immediately charged for the amount over my certificate (which was also paid for).  On 2/15/15 I still had heard nothing from them.  No shipping information.  So, I emailed customer support and to date 3/11/15 have not gotten a reply.  

I contacted them by phone on 2/23.  I was told my items were on backorder and were scheduled to be in on 2/27.  So, I asked if they could be expedited when they came in and was told they would not my account.  On 3/3 I still had heard nothing.  So, I called again and was told my items did not come in they and they didnt know why but they should be there 3/6.  I asked for a supervisor and was told she was not at her desk.  I asked for a call back from the supervisor.  I was told an email was sent to them.. I never received a call.

I did not recieve shipping information still on 3/10.  So I called once again and was told my items were still not in but they were now scheduled for 3/16, which seems a little odd because the previous dates given to me were both Fridays and this was Monday. (it has been my work experience that bulk shipments to a business are usually sent on a specific delivery day)  I asked if I could change my order to a different cartridge.  I was told no.  I asked why.  I was told once the order is in process they cannot do anything with it.  I asked again to speak with a supervisor.  I was told this time that they had no supervisors.  I said what kind of company doesnt have supervisors.  I was told "thats what I would like to know"  I asked who she reported to if there werent any supervisors.  She said we have a manager.  So, I asked if I could speak with the manager.  I was told she doesnt answer calls until 5.  I asked how long she answered calls.  I was told I dont know.  I am not working then.  

If the items do actually come in and are sent to me which I am seriously doubting it will be almost 2 months to get my order!
