Clifford Sprouse Homes Rip Off Land Lord Catawba South Carolina
To any one who is looking for a house, DONT call this Man , even if you know his Daughter because she get's you to talk to her Father, telling you that he sell's house on a rent to Own but He will never give you one, He will ask You do all kind's of work in side and out but He will not put any thing on paper to this , he say's he will give you amount of money off the rent and thats a lie , he turns around and come's to the house with a 5 days paper, saying move or give me my money...
Listen He knows how much it would cost and that's the reason he lie's . he know's he is getting his home in which there all HUD home's that other people have lost from not being able to make there payments ..
he move's people in that can do the work , and when he made's that person move out , he can rent them for more money with out putting a cent in to them.. he will use you so you have to watch who you call there is his number .. he will come and see the work you are doing tell you how much he like's what you are doing and it is all a lie... he just does not want to put any money into any of the home's he get from HUD ... this home was so bad he didnt want to put any money into this home,
the walls were all black due to a Oil Heater going on for years ..
he had this home for over 7 months never did any thing with it.. right up to the day his daughter ask me to come and look at it...
Those people would not even clean up there mess, when thay did do any work or those people would make it worst than what it was before than touch it.. we went 4 days with out hot water, because he does not like to put any money into the Home's but want's people do so much in side ..
There should be a Law to make Land Lord's pay people back for doing all this it ending up costing us over $1,000 in repair's to the in side of this
house... he may be laughing now but I will have my day in court..
