Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We went to a Grand Seas, Club Navigo presentation last year and fell hook line and sinker. We were told everything below:

You will receive a free week of vacation at one of our resorts for signing on today. Package will be sent in 30 days. We were given a list of all the resorts to choose from which were mainly US and NOTHING was ever said that this was for out of the country all inclusive only. This was big incentive to buy and we were so tricked!!

>>>The TRUTH is....it is only for out of country all-inclusive resorts and the charges are about $500 per person.

You will recieve a free companion airline coupon within 30 days of joining the club.

>>> The TRUTH is......Over a year now and we have not received this airline coupon nor the package for the vacation. And we have requested it via phone and not received it.

When we called to inquire again to go ahead and book the vacation, that is when we were told about all of the charges and I was seeing red by this point. Tricked again!!!

We were told that we would also receive an invitation for a Visa or Mastercard credit card that would earn cash rewards towards our annual taxes and maintenance fees..... Charge your gas, resturants, groceries, any normal purchases, utility bills, etc...

>>> The TRUTH is .....that was never sent and a few months later, we called and asked for it and were told that program has been DISCONTINUED and a new program is in place and it deals with Canadian businesses from what i could tell and we live in Georgia...Besides it is totally different than the credit card plan which was one of the biggest selling points. Tricked again and again!!

And we were also told that "at any time if you are not satisfied with Club Navigo " or want to cancel for any reason" you pay 10% of your outstanding balance and the contract is cancelled. I have sent two emails telling them I want to cancel and I have yet to hear from them. And will I really be surprised if they tell me that has been discontinued or its now 50% or that was just a another incentive lie to get me to join.

So I am here to tell YOU... save yourself some time, money and aggravation and DO NOT buy a timeshare from these liars. They will not receive another penney from me until I get what i was promised or something comparable.

I worked at Club Navigo for a brief period of time and the the things I'm reading DO NOT surprise me. As a "Vacation Consultant" you are pressured to sell their timeshares or you're out the door. They really don't seem to care how you sell them as long as the buyers don't cancel within their alloted 10 days (Florida law I do believe). Yes, you have 10 days to cancel! They won't tell you that I'm afraid. Another thing you should know is that most of their "Vacation Consultants" are licensed real estate sales associates. If you feel that the "Vacation Consultant" lied or deceived you, you can file a complaint with the Florida Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation. Their website is www.myfloridalicense.com.
