I would suggest that you get yourself an attorney. If CNAC or JD Buyrider was any type of company, they would work with you to be able to help out with changing your dates due for your payment. The references were not filled out so they can contact a person and harrass them. It is ONLY a reference. If that would happen to me, I would sue their a**es. Read your paperwork, it says NOTHING in it that they have permission to contact your references if the payment is not made and for the smart a** - which is probably an employee of JD Buyrider or CNAC - kiss my a** - it has nothing to do with people not paying their bills. It's about HARD TIMES. Why don't you get a life a***hole...

"Although I do not pay on time I always pay usually only a week late."
The reason they had you put those references on your application was so that they could hopefully embarass you in to paying on time. Apparently, that hasn't worked.
The only reason to get a loan from CNAC ( a subprime lender) is because your credit is too messed up to get a loan from a conventional lender. Subprime lenders are the junkyard dogs of the lending industry. Since they deal with people who have made it a habit not to meet their obligations, they have, out of necessity, adopted a very aggressive collection model. In short, no subprime lender is going to tolerate your casual attitude towards paying your bills. If you can't pay what you've agreed to pay, you'd better get used it.

You gave them references when you filled out the credit application! Do you think they were asking for them just to send out Christmas cards? You've got to be kidding!!!
You have no phone. Do you actually think they are going to forget about you? If your sister's lawn was torn up by the repo company, then the beef is with them.
Your whole post is riddled with SUB PRIME THINKING! They are a business, NOT your personal charity. They did their part by selling you a car and financing you especially in light of your obvious reputation of not paying your bills! And here you go again...living up perfectly to your reputation.
But there can be a light at the end of the tunnel IF you would start developing some financial good habits. OK, you lost your job. An adult takes on another job, even if its not a glamour job so that they can start bringing in some money to pay THEIR OBLIGATIONS. Why not turn away from sub prime thinking and turn the page? You can do it...if only you would try.
